    Thank you for choosing to join our Marriage Retreat! Please be aware of our payment and refund policies as you make your registration:

    1. **Deposit Policy**: Upon agreeing to attend the retreat and paying your deposit, please note that it is non-refundable.

    2. **Refunds**: Due to our contractual obligations with vendors, we cannot issue refunds. The only exception is if you or we can find someone to take your place. In that case, we will refund 50% of your total payment, excluding the deposit. Refunds will be processed to the original payer.

    3. **Commitment to Attend**: We kindly ask that you only reserve your spot if you and your spouse are certain you will be able to attend the retreat.

    4. **Trip Insurance**: For added peace of mind, you can purchase trip insurance for $169, which offers a full refund (minus the deposit). Please note that no refunds will be issued within 45 days of the retreat.
